1) After viewing, if you wish to hold the room, upon receipt of the cash Holding Deposit you will be given a Holding Deposit Receipt which also details all other payments that will become due should the application be successful. The Holding Deposit £100 is refundable should you take the room within 7 days. If you decide not to take the room or the references are unsuitable the Holding Deposit will be lost.

2) If you wish to apply for a room you will be asked to complete an Application Form. This needs to be returned as soon as possible with a copy of both parts of your Diving Licence or Passport, the last 6 months payslips and bank statements and Administration Charge £ 120 (cash) in order that we can arrange the searches/referencing. This is not refundable.

2) Following a successful reference you will be given a  Tenancy Agreement  Drake Rd   Edmund Rd  Carew Close to sign. Upon moving-in you will be asked for one calendar month's advance rent plus the same amount as a Security Deposit. (both payable in cash), minus the Holding Deposit already paid of £100. The Security Deposit is returned when you finally leave the property subject to there being no loss or damage.

4) At the same time you will be issued with a Section 21 form, reminding you of the the fact that after the contract expires you will need to vacate the property. If both parties subsequently agree, then the contract can be renewed.

5) You will be asked to sign one copy of Guidelines for a Harmonious House     Drake Road       Edmund Road     Carew Close

6) You will be given a Standing Order Mandate to complete and send to your bank. ( This will be the method of payment for rent in the second and subsequent months)
